About us
A reliable bridge between China and Azerbaijan
TrueKey Supply manages wholesale product sourcing from China for Azerbaijani businesses end to end. Our goal is simple: you name the product, we deliver it from the right factory, at the right quality and on the agreed timeline — to your warehouse.
Our mission
To make importing from China simple, transparent and safe for businesses of every size in Azerbaijan. The language barrier, fake-supplier risk and surprise costs should be our problem — not yours.
How we work
Every order starts with a written specification. We vet the supplier, compare prices across several factories and inspect the batch on site before dispatch. Every cost — product, shipping, customs, service fee — is shown separately in the quote. Communication runs in Azerbaijani, Russian and English through a single manager and a single WhatsApp chat.
Our values
Transparency
Every cost, timeline and risk — in writing, upfront.
Quality
No uninspected batch ships. Photo and video reports are standard.
Responsibility
One manager is accountable for every stage of your order — from China to your warehouse.
Team
Our team consists of sourcing, logistics and customs specialists based in China and Azerbaijan.
